Your privacy is our priority. We are committed to protecting your personal information and being transparent about our data practices.

Data Collection and Processing

LinkedIn context: When you request a draft, AiLinkedMe sends the relevant post or profile text, plus any context you choose to add, to our generation service. This content is used to return the draft you requested. The AiLinkedMe application does not write that LinkedIn content to its product database.

Account information: If you create a free account, our authentication service stores details such as your email address and name so you can sign in and manage your account.

Extension settings: Your saved name, bio, recipient first names used for connection drafts, draft preferences, panel position, and local usage counters are kept in Chrome storage on your browser.

Data Storage and Security

Extension settings and local usage counters remain in Chrome storage until you clear them or remove the extension. Account records are protected by authenticated access controls. Generated drafts are inserted into the active LinkedIn composer for your review and are not saved to your AiLinkedMe account.

Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information for marketing. We use service providers for authentication, hosting, email, and AI draft generation. The post or profile context in a generation request is sent to an AI provider so it can return the requested draft. Those providers process data under their own service and privacy terms.

Chrome Extension and Limited Use Policy

The extension reads LinkedIn context only when needed for features you activate. It does not post comments, send connection requests, or click LinkedIn's Post or Send controls. Draft generation requires server and AI-provider processing, so it does not occur entirely inside your browser.

We aim to follow applicable data protection and Chrome Web Store requirements. The rights available to you can vary based on your location and the law that applies to your information.
