Acceptance of Terms

By using the AiLinkedMe Chrome extension or this website you agree to these terms. AiLinkedMe is an independent product run from Ireland. It drafts LinkedIn comments and connection request notes with AI for you to review, edit and send yourself. AiLinkedMe is not affiliated with LinkedIn.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all actions on LinkedIn. AiLinkedMe drafts content for your review only and never auto-sends. You must comply with LinkedIn's Terms of Service at all times. AiLinkedMe augments your own networking activities, so all LinkedIn interactions remain your responsibility. You agree to use AiLinkedMe in a professional and ethical manner consistent with LinkedIn's community guidelines.

Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. AiLinkedMe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any LinkedIn account actions, restrictions, or consequences that may result from your use of the tool. Users assume full responsibility for their LinkedIn activities and compliance with LinkedIn's policies.

Free Access and Safeguards

AiLinkedMe is currently free and does not require a credit card. You can try up to 20 comment generation actions before creating a free account. We may introduce paid plans in future; if we do, nothing will be charged without your clear agreement at that time, and these terms and the refund policy will be updated first.

The Chrome extension locally enforces limits of 20 comment generation actions per hour and 3 actions per post to protect service availability and discourage automated abuse.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use AiLinkedMe to:

- Send spam or unsolicited messages

- Violate LinkedIn's terms of service

- Engage in harassment or inappropriate behavior

- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service

- Use the tool in any way that could harm your or others' LinkedIn accounts

Intellectual Property

AiLinkedMe and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The drafts the tool produces are yours to edit, use or discard.

AI Drafts

Drafts are generated by an AI model from the post or profile text you are viewing and any context you add. They can be wrong, generic or include claims and figures that are not accurate, especially in the Long mood. Read every draft before you send it; you are responsible for what you post.

Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service at any time without prior notice. We may also suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms or LinkedIn's policies.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
